Intro to Running
$60 + GST

This program is for those looking to get into running, starting with walk/runs. This will give you an idea of what to expect with 1-on-1 coaching.

4 week run/walk plan designed to get the feel for running.

15 minute initial phone call to discuss the plan, answer any questions, calm any nerves, whatever you need!

15 minute phone call at the end of the 4wks to see how you felt!

10% off your first month, should you decide to continue with 1-on-1 coaching.
Personalized Plans

Intake call to learn about you and your goals, and your current fitness.

Custom plan built for an athlete with a specific goal race. The length of this plan can be discussed (12 - 20wk options)

Detailed running workouts for the full length of your program.

One check-in call and plan adjustment (usually midway through)

Race prep call before your event.

Option to add on a custom strength program with Brad @ Absolute Performance Centre ($219/month).
This is a virtual Strength option created through the VOLT app that includes a program built for you after an initial consult with Brad, videos of each exercise for reference, access to the VOLT app where you can ask questions etc..
