Calgary Marathon Group Training Programs
Full Marathon Training Program
$400
Our comprehensive Full Marathon Training Program is designed for runners of all levels, whether you’re aiming to complete your first marathon or achieve a new personal best. The program runs for 16 weeks and includes everything you need to prepare for race day.
What’s Included:

16-Week Training Plan: A structured plan designed to build endurance and strength, meeting you where you are at. This is a group program but will be adjusted for personal mileage and intensity.

3 Information Sessions + Race Prep Call: These interactive sessions will cover training tips, race day strategies, injury prevention, and more.

Morning Option: Glenmore Track, 6:00 AM

Whether you're aiming for your first half marathon or looking to shave time off your previous best, our 14-Week Half Marathon Training Program is designed to get you ready for race day. With a balanced approach to training, support, and coaching, we’ll help you cross the finish line with confidence.
